Supervisory experience required. Forklift certification required. Knowledge of recreational equipment and mechanical aptitude preferred. Experience with fleet management preferred. Ability to travel up to 50% of time required, sometimes with short notice. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

* Operations Manager-oversees all warehouse locations to ensure adherence to policies and procedures, and manages quality, productivity, and cost efficiency of individual warehouse operations. Supervise warehouse supervisors, including hiring and training. Develop processes to ensure efficient operations. Assist with administration of employee safety program. Visit remote warehouse locations to monitor operations. Responsible for overall fleet management.
