Job Description: IMMEDIATE OPENINGS for Experienced CALL CENTER REPS in Ennis, TX... HOURLY PAY is $11.00-13.00/hr + benefits!!! Based on experience. Bilingual (Spanish/English) gets a $2.00 premium. JOB Description: Receives high volume inbound customer service calls in call center environment. May respond to e-mail inquiries. Customer service is the primary function. Calls range from basic and routine to moderately complex. Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting. Responds to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff. Confers with customers by telephone in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints. Keeps records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Refers unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. Resolves customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as refunding money, and adjusting bills. Checks to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems. Obtains and examines all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes. Determines charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing. Completes contract forms, prepare change of address records, and issue service discontinuance orders, using applicable system. Solicits sale of new or additional services or products.

* Your actual work schedule after training will need to be flexible between operating hours Monday - Saturday from 7:30AM -8:00PM. Schedules are based on seniority. After training you can expect to work 11AM - 8PM and Saturdays with Sunday and one day off during the week.. During busy seasons there may be mandatory overtime.

Required Skills:
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Experience: MUST have at least 3-5 years of call center experience. Pre-employment Testing: Must pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Working knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, good communication skills, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Other Skills, Knowledge or Abilities: Working knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
