Business Development Manager Jobs

Pro Staff currently has an opening for a Business Development Manager in our Dallas office. The primary focus of this role is to perform outside sales in effort to help the operating unit meet and exceed financial goals. Core fundamental expectations of this position include: -Drive the business revenue on a short-term and long-term basis by targeting; identifying, meeting and profiling qualified clients to obtain work orders. -Maintain and increase the market's customer base by completing cold calls, engaging in discovery conversations with hiring managers and by providing long-term "value-added" flexible staffing services to qualified clients. -Build and establish strong relationships with clients by educating them on employment and industry trends. -Interact daily with the operations team and coordinate meetings with clients and the operations team to build strong internal relationships. -Create and present proposals that include cost analysis and pricing structures that are consistent with the operating unit's business plan. -Establish networking relationships through involvement in the community and civic organizations in order to enhance sales referral opportunities.

Required Skills:
Qualifications include, but are not limited to: Bachelor's Degree preferred, minimum of one-two years experience with outside/inside sales; a proven track record of high activity and sales results; ability to demonstrate consistent acquisition of new business in prior sales role; strong communication skills.
