This Designer along with the senior designer will keep creative innovative design ideas around packaging and structure. Responsibilities
*Design of highly effective Client Brand and Proprietary brand packages for brand standards, promotional events, and product launches
*Partner with Senior designer, Production and Account Services to satisfy business goals on key objectives
*Build highly effective presentations to present to internal customers
*Develop Style Guides for Client Brand and Proprietary brand packaging
*Create unique product componentry for Client and Proprietary brands
*Partner with production team to ensure all final mechanical files meet expectations
*No direct reports

Required Skills:

*Minimum of 3-4 years creative experience within packaging
*MUST have experience in retail arena working with POS and packaging
*Demonstrated understanding of retail store design and consumer shopping behavior
*Demonstrated ability to develop and present creative concepts that satisfy business goals
*Must be capable of working in a team environment
*Accepts guidance and responds well to constructive criticism
*Experienced with MAC applications such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
*Must possess strong computer/technical skills
*Capable of working is a fast paced environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously
*Bachelor?s degree in Graphic Design or related field
