Job Description: Direct Hire Customer Account Specialist Opportunity!! Local medical device company looking for an account specialist that is able to make a permanent commitment. Main job responsibilities include customer order coordination (process purchase orders, track purchase orders, provide quarterly reports, and process sample requests), managing company proposal system (produce and manage proposals), coordinating and assisting sales, maintaining customer information, facilitate meetings and conference calls, maintain project timeliness,and completing miscellaneous administrative duties.
Required Skills:
*Must have Business related Associates degree or higher
*Minimum 5+ years experience with project management and customer service experience
*General office experience
*Knowledge of medical manufacturing industry
*Advance experience working within Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management Software, ACT!
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
*Must be proactive, energetic, and excellent verbal communication
