Job Description: The Web Project Manager?s primary role is to serve as the primary project manager responsible for all creative elements required to support the consolidation of various brand web sites into a new ?One Client? site. Accordingly, the Web Project Manager ? Web Consolidation will work closely with the Segment Marketing and Web Team Managers, to identify all creative deliverables (content, translations, graphics, Flash elements, documents, etc.), capture all project specifications, and establish realistic and achievable timelines for project completion and delivery. The Web Project Manager will enter jobs into the Creative Services Job Tickets database and help establish production and delivery timelines with the Creative Services Traffic Managers. Throughout the project lifecycle, the Web Project Manager ? Web Consolidation will proactively manage the project schedule and review/approval cycles with the ?clients? and Creative Services, and report project status to the Web Production teams on a regular basis. As Creative Projects are requested, the Web Project Manager ? Web Consolidation will coordinate and facilitate ?kickoff meetings,? involving all program stakeholders and service providers (graphic designers, Web team, Segment and Program Managers, etc.) to further define all program deliverables, discuss alternative solutions, and help set priorities and expectations for the eventual delivery of all items. Thus, the Web Project Manager ? Web Consolidation must be a team player and capable of managing complex processes involving numerous participants. The Web Project Manager should also have a strong understanding of the Creative Design process, relative to Web-based projects, in order to communicate efficiently and accurately with all team members. The Web Project Manager ? Web Consolidation must have experience project managing the creative aspects of large scale, complex Web site projects. Furthermore, this person must be able to work independently and collaboratively, possess exceptionally strong project/program management skills, be highly organized, and capable of working with a wide array of teams, projects in a fast paced environment. The Web Project Manager ? Web Consolidation should also have a marketing communications background, enabling them to monitor all project deliverables and ensure that they align with established brand guidelines to deliver a consistent message, tone, and look and feel throughout the site. Attention to detail and solid communication skills are required to ensure that all projects and deliverables are managed as efficiently as possible and delivered per agreed upon timelines. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: ?Project Manage the creation and deployment of all creative marketing deliverables required to consolidate multiple web sites? content into a single, unified ?One Client? web site. ?Enable clear and ongoing communications with all program/campaign stakeholders (Web Production team, Segment Marketing Managers, and Creative Marketing) to ensure the timely deployment of all program/campaign deliverables. ?Work hand-in-hand with Creative Services Managers to define all project needs, gather and organize all specifications, create detailed Job Tickets, and develop production schedules. Serve as the primary interface between the Segment Marketing and Web Production teams, and the Creative Services team for all creative deliverable project scoping, planning, review and approval processes. ?Manage Translation process (with Translation Manager) for all content requiring translation. Project Management of Translation process to ensure accurate project scoping, schedule setting, and timely delivery of translated content to Web production team for integration into Web site. ??Protect the brand? ? Constantly monitor and ensure that all requested creative deliverables comply with established brand guidelines and deliver a consistent brand experience throughout the Web site.
Required Skills:
?2-4 years creative and Web site project management experience. ?Strong understanding of graphics and Web file types, Web site structures, Web page production process, etc. ?BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business. ?Excellent planning, project management and organizational skills. ?Highly driven, highly motivated, and results oriented. ?Outstanding communication skills. ?Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams. ?Ability to work independently and be extremely self-sufficient. ?Solid understanding of computer applications (MS Office products). Experience utilizing Web-based project management tools.
