Job Description: Pro Staff has teamed up with a large Corporation to hire an Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate will have the following duties: Provide outstanding service and support to their assigned divisions (3 - 5 divisions) when interfacing with various corporate departments. (Act as a liaison and advocate for the division between corporate and division.) Perform monthly analysis & reviews of assigned divisions' financial statements, general ledger, job cost information and operations metrics. Provide systems, policies and procedures training and ongoing guidance to assigned divisions. Assist in the divisional close process as needed. Support assigned division during system conversion (from legacy package to JDE). Assist divisions in developing the proper accounting treatment for complex and/or unusual transactions. Strong professional communication skills able to communicate complex financial concepts to non-accountants. Good working knowledge of internal controls. Ability to travel (15- 20% normal levels may have 50% travel for two to three month period during division conversion). BBA-Accounting CPA (must have or be a legitimate candidate) Up to 3 years of Big 4 experience Up to 3 years of Construction experience Up to 8 years of Management experience Experience with JD Edwards World software (especially G/L and Job Cost). Experience with job cost (cost accounting) environments is very helpful.

Required Skills:
BBA-Accounting CPA (must have or be a legitimate candidate) Up to 3 years of Big 4 experience. Up to 3 years of Construction experience. Up to 8 years of Management experience. Experience with JD Edwards World software (especially G/L and Job Cost). Experience with job cost (cost accounting) environments is very helpful.
