Job Description: Hunter Hamilton has been engaged by our client, a privately held company in the food distribution industry, to assist in the retained search for a Supply Chain Finance Manager. This organization is profitable, stable and has aggressive plans for growth. The primary objectives of this position include: Supervision of the purchasing, inventory control, accounts payable and vendor billing groups. Negotiating contracts with suppliers. Attending trade shows. Developing promotional programs with vendors. Responsible for maximizing inventory returns and communication with sales to ensure adequate inventory levels. Inventory control including minimizing damaged and obsolete goods.

Required Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field is highly desired. Distribution experience required with experience with inventory control. Must have well developed interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills. Experience working in a small, privately owned company. Must have purchasing experience in your work history.
