Job Description: Do you have at least 2 to 3 years experience working in a call center environment? Do you have excellent customer service skills and a professional and patient demeanor over the phone? Are you looking for a great long term position in the Minneapolis area? If so this could be the perfect position for you! A large insurance company in Minneapolis is currently looking for 25 customer service representatives to start immediately. You will be working in a call center environment answering incoming phone calls from customers who have questions or issues to be resolved. You must be PC savvy and be able to multi-task while maintaining a professional and friendly tone with your caller. Pre-screening customer service and data entry testing is required in addition to a background check.

Required Skills:
- 2-3 years of recent call center experience preferred - Exceptional customer service skills - Proficiency with PCs with great data entry skills - Excellent attendance and punctuality - Background check required.
