In some cases, customers will be asked to keep a diary for certain amount of time recording music stations, tv, etc that they have been listening to or watching. This is NOT as sales position.
Objective of these calls is to get the customer to say  YES to either complete the survey over the phone, or participate in the diary project. A script is provided, and it is up to the agent to present the script in a way to build rapport to get the customer to participate.

NIGHT POSITIONS: 5PM TO 11PM 4 nights during the week and MUST be able to work either Saturday or Sunday.
