Effort required is approximately 4 to 5 days a week during the analysis & design and prototyping stages of the implementation. Configuration and Data entry/maintenance of Administrator WebTop includes:
o Creation and maintenance of SmartOrg Foundation Data
o Correspondence Management
o Career Site Builder ? Creation and configuration of Taleo Career Site pages
o Manager WebTop configuration
o Candidate Selection Workflow configuration
o Maintenance of Source Tracking Lists
o Creation and Maintenance of Taleo & Client User Defined Fields
o Job Board Portal Configuration 
o User Management (configuration of user types and groups)
o All other AWT Configuration Settings
Responsibilities may include:
? Maintain and/or create SmartOrg & department foundation (if integration has not been implemented)
? Maintain and/or create career site flows (internal path, external path, capture resume flow, etc.) and settings
? Maintain WebTop users of the system (Hiring Managers, Staffing), including login, passwords, system access levels and user groups if applicable

? Generate a monthly report to ensure EEOC, OFCCP, Affirmative Action compliance and accuracy.
o Follow-up with respective Recruiter or HR Rep for any data corrections
